Thanks for the help but I am confused by this...where in the web proxy tab on ISA 2006 do you type this? Do i have to publish a certificate?</description>

This proxy issue was also affecting us with a third party proxy server. Again - adding as an exception to the Proxy settings did the trick.</description>
